The Rule of the US and Europe in Civilians Death, Destruction, and Trauma in Yemen. 22 of attacks involved weapons produced in the US, 2 attacks involved weapons produced in the UK, and 3 attacks involved weapons with parts produced in both the US and the UK.

Jurnalists have been subject to systematic patterns of arbitrary arrest, enforced disappearance, media center closures, unfair prosecutions and trials - one of which resulted in a death sentence. In this report, Mwatana documents the violations against journalists in 2015-2016.

Landmine explosions left scores of civilians dead and wounded in a number of governorates. The use of landmines in all documented cases was limited to Ansar Allah and the pro-Saleh forces. Mwatana conducted at least 40 interviews with survivors and victims’ families, and has verified 33 landmine explosion incidents.

This report contains (177) incidents, investigated by Mwatana Organization, where the International Humanitarian Law and the Customary Humanitarian Law were violated. Ansar Allah (Houthis) and Saleh’s forces are responsible for the majority of the bloody and indiscriminate attacks in the city of Taiz.

Mwatana has verified 53 cases of arbitrary detention and 26 cases of enforced disappearance carried out by the Houthi Group against civilians of different opinions or opponents. This report sheds lights on incidents of arbitrary arrest and enforced disappearance carried out by Houthi authorities and touched upon civilians.
