Mwatana Organization for Human Rights has, in partnership with UNICEF, a training course on Monitoring and Reporting Mechanism in Yemen’s capital Sana’a.

The training program -through March 22-29, 2016, aimed at enhancing abilities and skills of human rights field monitors to document the six grave violations against children during armed conflicts.  The program included two courses on First Aid and Filming basics.

The 33 participants who have attended the training sessions included 18 field monitors and 15 from central staff.

Foreign and national experts have conducted the training sessions which constitute a kick off of Mwatana’s project to monitor the six grave violations against children in 15 Yemeni provinces.
